IKE & TINA TURNER
Proud Mary
Funny story, years ago at one of my favorite bars, a guy asked me my name. It was loud and I was a little drunk. Any ways I said Tina. He said,Gina? I then said No, Tina like Tina Turner and then I started to do the Proud Mary dance. Oh lordy. I'm getting embarrassed just thinking about it. Every time I hear that song, I remember that night and I get that embarrassed feeling all over again. Oh to be young, and stupid. I will probably remember this when I'm 80...unless I have dementia.

Closing Time
"You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here."
Another funny story, another drunken night. It was closing time and time to leave but I was being a bit defiant. Anyways, the bartender threw me over his shoulder and was hauling me out. Oh, good times. Embarrassing, but good times. So I had a bar phase, who didn't? Kids, do read this. "Do as I say, not as I do."

When We Were Young
I looks like he really is having fun and enjoys being a musician. I think I look like him when I dance, that is why I dance in the dark. No one needs to see that! =)

Happy Mondays
Step On
I so loved the 90's British invasion. I think I liked several of these bands when they came out. When I watched the movie The World's End, it brought back such great music memories. I didn't start broadening my musical boundaries until high school in Cali. I found a college music radio station and I have been hooked on music ever since. I think it was the Berkley college music station, as I lived in Alameda at the time.
Move over top 40, I found some new, better bands!
Plus it is so fun to do the "dance". Watch the video. You'll see what i'm talking about.

This music is fun to listen to with headphones while bopping around the house doing housework and laundry.Yes, cleaning can be fun, with the right music. There is nothing wrong with burning a couple extra calories dancing around while mopping. Win Win!

Judith
This is such a great rock song. I like TOOL, but I love APerfect Circle. Male bands with a chick bassist rock! I would totally be a bassist if I were in a band. Well...If I knew how to play too.
